This Vendor Agreement ("Agreement") is made between OmedaCart and the Vendor registering on www.omedacart.com.
1. Eligibility & Registration Vendors must be differently abled individuals or organizations supporting them. All information provided must be accurate.
2. Vendor Store & Listings Each vendor will have a dedicated store page. Vendors must ensure their product listings are accurate, honest, and comply with applicable laws.
3. Payments & Commissions OmedaCart charges a [insert percentage]% commission per successful sale. Payouts are made [weekly/monthly] via [PayPal/Bank Transfer].
4. Shipping & Fulfillment Vendors are responsible for packaging, shipping, and updating order status. Delays or complaints must be addressed promptly.

6. Prohibited Items Vendors may not sell illegal, harmful, or misleading products. OmedaCart reserves the right to remove such listings.
7. Termination OmedaCart may terminate any vendor account for violations of this agreement or platform policies.
